It hooks over an 18 mm door leaf, the usual thickness for interior doors. For a 40 mm front door scale X to 160% and leave the rest alone.
It holds about 4 kg - tested with a bag of books. What breaks is not the hook but the lip, which is pulled across the layers, so four perimeters and 40% infill here are not negotiable.
Prints on its side as one part, no supports. If the door is painted and you care, stick a strip of felt inside the lip; the model allows 0.6 mm for it.
