The tooth flank is a real 20 degree involute, not the rounded sine wave half the models online use. A pair of these runs without binding and stays quiet at moderate speed.
It fits an 8 mm shaft with a 2.4 mm key. The bore carries +0.15 mm for PETG shrinkage; for PLA either take that back out in the slicer (99.8% XY scale) or ream it to fit.
60% infill and four perimeters are not belt and braces: the tooth is loaded in bending at the root, and at 20% the first shock chips a corner off. Print flat, no supports.
